Kurtis and his team were amazing. Went faaaaar above and beyond. So responsive. So knowledgeable. He listened. He only made recommendations once he had a clear understanding. Kurtis was amazing to work with on the sale of our cabin. We interviewed six agents and found Kurtis to be the most responsive and really wanting to make sure everything that was important to us was addressed. We have zero regrets in picking Kurtis, we would use him again with no hesitation. Whenever we contacted Kurtis, he was very responsive and even chased things that clearly were not his responsibility. He did it with the utmost professionalism and always had a can do, glad to help attitude. Real estate transactions can be very stressful and there are always things that come up. Kurtis handled every issue with calmness, explained our options and always did want we wanted to do. He never pressured us, he helped us make the right decision for our situation.

Wow! I purchased and sold the same property using the same awesome team, Team Rahill. Kurtis was my guy from the beginning till the end. I gave him a challenge when I decided to sell my property and he delivered. The selling process was new to me, but Kurtis and his team made it so smooth and easy even through this COVID time. He was a text/call away, anytime, any day, throughout the whole process. Answered all my questions, helped me ask questions I have for the buyer, and most importantly guided me through all the forks on the road. Thanks again!

My father recently sold his home of 47 years to move up to Big Bear. Going in, it was very overwhelming for my father because of the high demand of homes and being his first home buying experience after 47 years. But we were recommended to an amazing agent who made the process so much smoother. Kurtis was nothing but friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Every time I asked him to show us some properties he responded promptly and fit us into his schedule. Every time I had a question he had an answer and if he didn't have one right away he did everything in his power to get me one. Ultimately kurtis helped my dad close a deal on a home that checked all the boxes, my dad was left very satisfied. Kurtis Klouzer represented my family as our Real Estate agent in our pursuit to purchase property in Big Bear, CA. He provided consistent updates on properties that were available and was always available by phone when needed. The process took approximately three months and various trips for us to complete.
